Yukon gold potatoes
chopped into 1" chunks

butter
melted

garlic

onion powder

kosher salt
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a crockpot and stir together to coat the potatoes evenly with butter and seasonings.
Set crockpot on low and cook for at least 2 hours. However, they can be left to cook for up to 8 hours.
Notes
For your reference, the potatoes shown in my photos were cooked on low for 8 hours. However, they will be ready to enjoy far sooner if desired.
